If you ever find yourself on the planet Arrakis, your best bet for survival is to tap into some good old-fashioned desert power. And to say "desert power" as many times as humanly possible, in a super earnest way. People will love it.

But this is a fantasy football article, and if you clicked here then what you probably need is some trade power, aka the power to make your team better at a crucial juncture in the season. Similar to the politics on Arrakis, however, betrayal lurks around every corner.

This is where the weekly trade value chart comes into play—to keep you from suffering the consequences of an unbalanced trade. Those fantasy league mates might be your friends, but they also want to rip you off. It's the nature of the beast. We're here to give you a better handle on navigating it (and maybe a few labored pop culture references along the way).

Players not listed below have a trade value of one. Values are based on PPR scoring. And, as always, may the fantasy points—and the trade power—be with you!

The Seattle Seahawks offense has gotten interesting from a fantasy football perspective. Russell Wilson is back this week. Chris Carson might not be far behind. And there are rumors that the team could be pursuing veteran free agent wideout Odell Beckham Jr. as well:

Chances are you aren't going to be able to buy low on Wilson. Players who kept him on their roster will want to see what he offers. There's enough uncertainty around Carson to hold off there. DK Metcalf has been awesome all year long, so you aren't getting a bargain on him.

But don't forget about Tyler Lockett. In the first four weeks with Wilson under center, Lockett averaged 17.8 fantasy points per game in PPR formats. Since then, however, his numbers have dropped to 11.4 points per week under Geno Smith.

This is a player who has posted at least 950 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in three straight seasons. Bringing him aboard might not be the splashiest move, but if you can get him for a bargain price, you might have a nice WR2 or flex option the rest of the way. Can't hurt to ask.

You probably can't get George Kittle for a super cheap price. He's a known star, for one, and upon his return to the Niners last week, he tallied six catches for 101 yards and a score, rewarding players who kept him rostered through a long injury spell.

But you might be able to get a solid deal nonetheless. In his five games this season, he's posted 25 catches for 328 yards and a score. If you projected that rate of production to a full 17-game season, you're looking at 85 receptions for 1,115 yards and three touchdowns. At the tight end position, that's elite production, and chances are his touchdown rate will increase.

Kittle won't come cheap, but he will come cheaper than a Travis Kelce or Mark Andrews. His rate of production down the stretch should be close to that pair, however. There's value to be had in seeking him out via trade if you need the help at tight end.

Finally, Kenyan Drake has earned your attention. In the three games since Jon Gruden stepped down as head coach, he's had 22 rushes for 133 yards and two scores, adding 11 receptions for 119 yards and another touchdown. He's gone from 7.4 touches per game under Gruden to 11 without him, and from 6.5 fantasy points per week in PPR leagues to 18 per contest.

It's pretty clear that he's a much bigger factor with Greg Olson calling the plays. At the least, he's a guy who should be awesome in your flex down the stretch, and he might still be flying under the radar enough to be had for cheap in trade talks.

D'Ernest Johnson's Browns Fantasy Outlook After Nick Chubb Placed on COVID-19 List

The Cleveland Browns backfield may shift again after the team announced it placed running backs Nick Chubb and Demetric Felton on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

That could mean big things from a fantasy perspective for D'Ernest Johnson, considering Kareem Hunt is still sidelined by a calf injury.

Johnson, who went undrafted in 2018, received his first career NFL start in a Week 7 win over the Denver Broncos while both Chubb and Hunt were out, and he took full advantage of the opportunity.

The University of South Florida product rushed for 146 yards on 22 carries (6.6 YPC) and scored a touchdown. He also added two catches for 22 yards, which helped make him the fourth-ranked fantasy running back for the week in points-per-reception leagues.

The 25-year-old once again possesses top-10 fantasy upside if thrust into the starting role with neither of the Browns' top two backs available. He's proved capable of handling upward of 20 touches, and nobody else in the team's backfield was heavily involved during that Week 7 contest. In the last two weeks, Johnson has carried 12 times for 38 yards and a touchdown as well as catching one pass for seven yards.

Johnson's fantasy value is directly linked to injuries. He spent most of the first five games playing special teams, so he's likely more of a short-term target rather than a building block for the rest of the season, but he'll deserve a spot in starting lineups when in the No. 1 role.
