A.J. Brown got his revenge against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday as the wide receiver led the Philadelphia Eagles to a 35-10 Week 13 victory.

The Titans traded Brown to the Eagles in April, but they certainly missed him in this one as he tallied eight catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns.

The 2020 Pro Bowler helped put the game away early in the second half with an impressive touchdown catch:

Fans knew what the game meant to the 25-year-old facing the team that drafted him:

Those watching the game continue to heap praise on the wideout, who also had a long touchdown in the first half.

Both scores showed off his incredible skill set:

Jalen Hurts had an impressive game himself, throwing three touchdowns to go with one rushing score. Brown was still the story of the day as he showed the Titans exactly what they were missing.

It helped the Eagles improve to 11-1 on the season, while Tennessee is 7-5 after a second straight loss.

The Titans could still be happy with the trade after landing receiver Treylon Burks in the first round of the draft. The rookie left with an injury, but not before scoring his first career touchdown with an incredible effort.

The Eagles are still happy with Brown, but the deal could end up becoming a win-win for the two organizations.

Bears Fans Rip Coaches as Justin Fields, Chicago Collapse vs. Aaron Rodgers, Packers

The more things change, the more they stay the same for the Chicago Bears.

Chicago may finally have its franchise quarterback it has long been searching for in Justin Fields, but it still can't figure out how to beat the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay won the latest edition of the rivalry 28-19 in Sunday's showdown at Soldier Field, improving to 5-8 with the victory.

The Packers, who have won eight in a row and 23 of the last 26 against their rivals, also moved ahead of the Bears for first place on the NFL's all-time wins list at 787.

Yet from Chicago's perspective, a win was well within its grasp. It built a 16-10 halftime lead behind touchdown runs from Fields and David Montgomery, with the former's score going for 55 yards. However, it collapsed in the second half behind some questionable coaching decisions and two late interceptions from Fields.

The coaching staff in particular drew plenty of criticism from Bears fans online:

Chicago was up 16-10 in the third quarter with the opportunity to seize control with 1st-and-goal from the 19-yard line after a penalty but called a run play and two short passes that had no chance at the end zone before settling for a field goal. Then it was up 19-17 on the next possession and moved into scoring position when Fields unleashed a beautiful deep ball to N'Keal Harry.

However, it called another run play on 3rd-and-5 and settled for yet another field-goal attempt, which was blocked.

The Packers ended up taking the lead from there and then clinched the win when Fields threw late interceptions to Jaire Alexander and Keisean Nixon. The Nixon one was a poor throw from a quarterback in desperation mode down two scores in the final minute, but it was easy to blame Equanimeous St. Brown and a questionable receiver group on the first one:

At the end of the day, the Bears still have plenty of question marks even if Fields is tremendous with his legs and completed 20 of 25 passes despite playing with a terrible roster.

The silver lining is they are setting up for a favorable draft pick to address some of those question marks, but this loss will surely linger into the bye week.

Lamar Jackson Knee Injury Not Season-Ending, Ravens' John Harbaugh Says

The Baltimore Ravens ruled quarterback Lamar Jackson out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos with the knee injury he suffered in the first half.

Head coach John Harbaugh told reporters after the 10-9 victory that the injury will not end Jackson's season but may take "days to weeks" to heal. He will undergo further testing Monday.

While Jackson was wearing a protective sleeve on his right arm ahead of a Week 3 game against the New England Patriots that he ultimately played in and missed five games last season, he has been fairly durable for much of his career given his playing style as a quarterback who uses his arm and legs.

The Louisville product played at least 15 games in each of his first three seasons in the league.

When healthy, the 25-year-old is an electrifying playmaker with an NFL MVP and two Pro Bowl selections on his resume. He led the league in touchdown passes (36) in 2019 and has completed 62.1 percent of his passes for 2,231 yards, 17 touchdowns and seven interceptions to go with 755 yards and three scores on the ground.

Baltimore turned to Tyler Huntley with Jackson sidelined by this latest setback. The Utah product completed 27 of 32 passes for 187 yards and ran in for a two-yard touchdown as part of a 10-carry, 41-yard rushing performance.

Huntley appeared in seven games for the Ravens last season, going 1-3 as a starter and completing 64.9 percent of his passes for 1,081 yards, three touchdowns and four picks.

Like Jackson, the 24-year-old can also use his legs to make plays or escape pressure in the pocket, and he could keep the team afloat in the short term.

Still, Baltimore's Super Bowl chances will take a significant hit if its starter cannot return.

Odell Beckham Jr. Rumors: WR to Decide Midweek on Giants, Cowboys or Bills Contract

The Odell Beckham Jr. saga is reportedly near an end.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, "the middle of the week is the plan" for the free-agent wide receiver when it comes to a timeline for a decision. Rapoport noted Beckham already visited the Buffalo Bills and New York Giants ahead of a meeting with the Dallas Cowboys, who are considered the "favorites."

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer also provided insight into the meetings, reporting that Beckham is "not really willing to work out for" teams:

The biggest question mark surrounding Beckham other than which team he will join is his health.

The 30-year-old suffered a torn ACL during the Los Angeles Rams' Super Bowl win over the Cincinnati Bengals, and Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reported one NFC executive said there remains "considerable doubt" about how healthy he is and whether he can effectively play this season.

"And that's a problem because Beckham has informed teams he's seeking a multiyear contract that he hopes will end up being worth $20 million per year," Vacchiano wrote.

There was a time when signing Beckham would have been a season-altering move for any team.

He surpassed 1,300 receiving yards in each of his first three seasons and 1,000 receiving yards in five of his first six years in the league. The three-time Pro Bowler was known for his spectacular catches and ability to high-point passes in traffic as one of the best wide receivers in the league.

To Beckham's credit, he was solid last season for the Rams and tallied 27 catches for 305 yards and five touchdowns in eight regular-season games. He also posted 113 receiving yards in the NFC Championship Game win over the San Francisco 49ers and scored in the Super Bowl win over the Bengals before exiting with the injury.

Buffalo and Dallas are both Super Bowl contenders with plenty of talent, so Beckham would not be asked to play the role of a No. 1 wide receiver.

That worked for the Rams, as he took advantage of the spacing created by playing alongside Cooper Kupp while catching passes from Matthew Stafford. Perhaps he can do the same with Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen in Buffalo or CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott in Dallas.

There is also history with the Giants since he played his first five seasons in New York. However, the team is trending in the wrong direction with three losses in their last four games after a blistering 6-1 start.

Beckham has plenty to consider, but it seems like he won't be considering for much longer.

NFL Rumors: Jim Harbaugh Eyed by Teams for HC Job after Michigan Clinched CFP Berth

It seemed like Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh might leave for the NFL last offseason until he didn't.

Perhaps he will this offseason.

Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported "multiple NFL teams have been doing background work" on the Wolverines' leader, who just guided his team to a second straight Big Ten title.

One source suggested he would at least "consider" rejoining the NFL, while another said he would "discuss an opening if asked and weigh the right situation."

That NFL teams would be interested in Harbaugh comes as no surprise.

He went 44-19-1 from 2011 through 2014 with the San Francisco 49ers, leading them to three straight NFC Championship Games and a Super Bowl appearance during that tenure. While they fell just short in Super Bowl XLVII against his brother John and the Baltimore Ravens, it was an impressive stretch of coaching.

That has largely continued at Michigan with a 74-24 record and five double-digit win seasons in eight years.

While he didn't beat Ohio State in his first six seasons and seemed to be establishing a trend of just falling short of the team's ultimate goals, he has turned things around of late with two straight victories in the rivalry matchup and two consecutive conference crowns.

The Wolverines are also headed to the College Football Playoff for a second straight year.

Rapoport and Pelissero noted that despite the success, he may have left for the Minnesota Vikings head coaching last offseason if it was ever officially offered. He interviewed with the NFC North team virtually and again in person for nine hours, although Kevin O'Connell landed the position.

Harbaugh notably told Mitch Albom of the Detroit Free Press in February the NFL rumors wouldn't be a constant thing for the rest of his tenure.

"Sure, the Super Bowl is the greatest prize in our sport," he said. "But winning a national championship. That's pretty darn great. Let's do that.

"There was a pull to the NFL because I got that close to the Super Bowl, but this was the time (to try and return.) And this is the last time. Now let's go chase college football’s greatest prize."

Michigan is two wins away from that prize, but the NFL may still be calling. Rapoport pointed out his former team, the Indianapolis Colts, is one of those squads with a coaching opening as the offseason approaches.

Perhaps Harbaugh's pursuit of a Super Bowl title isn't over just yet.

NFL Rumors: 2023 Salary Cap Could Exceed Record-High $220m amid Concerns

The NFL's revenue growth has no end in sight.

Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported the salary cap for the 2023 season is expected to be in excess of $220 million, which would set an all-time record. The cap for the 2022 season is $208.2 million.

This season marked a return to cap growth across the league after the COVID-19 pandemic caused a brief halt. The 2021 cap actually went down from 2020 as a result of fans being unable to attend games during the height of the pandemic.

That one-year drop allowed things to mostly get back on schedule, though the NFLPA still owes players some benefits (performance-based pay, tuition assistance, etc.) that could somewhat lower the cap. Those payments were paused during the pandemic to help keep the cap inflated.

One of the biggest revenue drivers yet to be determined is the status of NFL Sunday Ticket, which will leave DirecTV after the 2022 season. The out-of-market service, which has been with DirecTV since its inception, is widely expected to move to a streaming platform.

“I clearly believe we’ll be moving to a streaming service,” Goodell told CNBC’s Julia Boorstin in July. “I think that’s best for consumers at this stage.”

A decision was expected this fall, but mum has been the word as the league continues to negotiate with providers. Apple, Amazon, Google and ESPN have all been mentioned as potential suitors.

The unknowns surrounding Sunday Ticket create a little uncertainty with sending out a cap estimate, but the $220 million number might wind up being low if the streamers get into a last-minute bidding war. The NFL's lucrative new television deal is already set to begin in 2023.

Report: Stanford Eyes Ravens OC Greg Roman for HC After David Shaw Resigned

Stanford is reportedly targeting Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman to replace David Shaw as the Cardinal's next head football coach.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported there is "mutual interest" between the two parties, and Roman has emerged as the vacancy's top candidate.

The 50-year-old has been an NFL offensive assistant for nearly a quarter-century after beginning his career with the Carolina Panthers in 1995. His only collegiate experience came at Stanford during the 2009 and 2010 seasons, when he served as a tight ends and offensive tackles coach under Jim Harbaugh.

When Harbaugh took the San Francisco 49ers' head coaching job in 2011, Shaw was promoted to Stanford's head coach and Roman followed Harbaugh to San Francisco. Roman has served as the offensive coordinator for the 49ers, Buffalo Bills and Ravens over the course of his career.

Baltimore promoted Roman to offensive coordinator in 2019, lining him up with Lamar Jackson's full-time takeover as the team's starting quarterback. Jackson won an MVP during his first season under Roman's tutelage and has made two of the last three Pro Bowls.

There has been some criticism of Roman's offensive philosophy, leading to speculation about his job security after last season, but he would be a solid hire for a Stanford program in desperate need of a revamp.

The Cardinal were 14-28 during Shaw's final four seasons, with his tenure concluding with back-to-back 3-9 campaigns. Stanford has struggled to keep up in the increasingly competitive college recruitment rat race, with NIL money and the ability of players to transfer more freely creating a difficult environment.

Roman has no head-coaching experience but brings an NFL cache that could create an energy that was lacking late in Shaw's tenure.

The San Francisco 49ers are reportedly open to re-signing quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo this offseason.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported both sides are keeping an open mind for the future as Garoppolo heads toward free agency.

The 49ers spent the entire offseason attempting to trade Garoppolo but could not find a taker due to his $24.2 million salary and ongoing recovery from shoulder surgery. Garoppolo instead remained in San Francisco on an incentive-laden contract that includes clause preventing the 49ers from using the franchise tag on him.

Trey Lance's season-ending leg injury reopened the door for Garoppolo to take over the reins, and he has played arguably the best football of his career.

The Detroit Lions have activated rookie wide receiver Jameson Williams from the non-football injury list, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, setting up his return to the field.

Williams should be ready to suit up for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Ford Field. It will mark his eagerly awaited NFL debut.

Williams suffered a torn ACL while playing for Alabama in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game last season and has spent much of the last year rehabbing and watching practices.

The Lions should have a fully healthy wide receiver group for the first time this season Sunday. In addition to Williams, Amon-Ra St. Brown, DJ Chark and Josh Reynolds have all missed time because of injuries.

St. Brown leads the team's receivers with 65 catches for 716 yards and four touchdowns in 10 games. Adding Williams to the lineup will give Jared Goff another talented target to rely on down the stretch.

Chark told reporters earlier this week that everyone is excited for Williams' debut:

"I definitely believe that he's a superstar, so anything I can do to help a guy like that, I'm here. He knows that, he knows that with all the receivers in the room. He's getting back into practicing, which is a huge step. Trust me, I understand. So, as soon as he's on the field, that's gonna be great for all of us. We all benefit from that, this team benefits from that. And the future, he's got a bright future.”

Detroit selected Williams 12th overall in the 2022 NFL draft, trading up to pick him despite his injury.

In his final season at Alabama, Williams caught 79 passes for 1,572 yards 15 touchdowns in 15 games. He spent the first two seasons of his college career at Ohio State but started just six games.

The Lions are second in the NFC North with a 4-7 record. The Jaguars are also 4-7.
