Some fantasy football managers were eliminated from their league's playoffs on Monday night. Others advanced (to the semifinals in most formats), and their work will continue in Week 16, when another round of the fantasy postseason is set to take place.

There's a full slate of games again this week, with all 32 NFL teams in action. However, the majority of the contests will happen Saturday, with 11 of the week's 16 matchups scheduled for that day, which is Christmas Eve. Then, there will be three Christmas Day games on Sunday.

Another week of the fantasy football season brings more tough lineup decisions. Here's some start/sit advice for Week 16, which will be another pressure-filled week for fantasy managers.

Start 'Em: Jerick McKinnon, RB, Kansas City Chiefs

In recent weeks, Jerick McKinnon has been more involved in the Chiefs' offense. Rookie running back Isiah Pacheco continues to get consistent work out of their backfield, but McKinnon is getting his fair share of work as well.

The 30-year-old McKinnon has received 10-plus touches in each of Kansas City's past three games, and he's scored five touchdowns over that span (four of which were receiving scores). Last week, the veteran compiled 122 total yards (52 rushing and 70 receiving) and got into the end zone twice.

At this point, Pacheco and McKinnon can both be trusted in fantasy lineups. And McKinnon's work in the passing game has raised his value in points-per-reception formats. He has 15 catches and 17 targets over the past two weeks.

On Saturday, the Chiefs are hosting the Seattle Seahawks, who are giving up the second-most fantasy points per game to running backs, per NFL.com. So McKinnon should continue his recent hot streak, as he'll likely be one of Kansas City's top playmakers in a favorable matchup for him and the rest of the team's offense.

Sit 'Em: Christian Kirk, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

It's been a little while since Christian Kirk last got into the end zone. His most recent touchdown came in Week 10, as the 26-year-old wide receiver hasn't scored a touchdown in any of the four games since the Jaguars' Week 11 bye.

Kirk has still been a factor in Jacksonville's offense, as he's been targeted at least seven times in each of those four contests. He even had 10 passes come his way in the Jags' Week 15 overtime win over the Dallas Cowboys, during which he had six catches for 92 yards.

But that was a favorable matchup for Kirk and Jacksonville's receiving corps. It could be more challenging for him to put up solid numbers on Thursday night, when the Jaguars are going on the road to face the New York Jets.

Kirk could be matched up against Jets rookie cornerback Sauce Gardner, who is a big reason why New York is giving up the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers, per NFL.com. Plus, some of Jacksonville's other WRs have had more of a knack for finding the end zone in recent weeks.

For those reasons, it's too tough to trust Kirk in the fantasy playoffs. And because he plays in the Week 16 opener, there's ample time to find a replacement for your lineup.

Start 'Em: Gabe Davis, WR, Buffalo Bills

The Bills have one of the top offenses in the NFL, but that hasn't led to consistent production for wide receiver Gabe Davis. The 23-year-old has had an up-and-down season, even though he has six touchdowns in 13 games.

However, Davis hasn't had more than four catches or eclipsed 56 yards in any of his past four games, a span in which he's gotten into the end zone only once. But Week 16 could provide a great opportunity for the UCF product to have one of his best showings of the year.

Buffalo is going on the road to face the Chicago Bears, who have been susceptible to giving up big plays this season. It should be a matchup in which the Bills will be capable of putting up strong offensive numbers.

It's a bit of a risk to start Davis, just because he can have a down week at any time. But if you're in need of a sleeper flex play with the potential to go off, Davis fits that description for Week 16. So it could pay off to take a chance on him this week.
