Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 10: Making the Call on Fantasy Football Fringe Starters
Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 10: Making the Call on Fantasy Football Fringe Starters

There were quite a few faces in new places during Week 9 of the NFL season following the league's trade deadline, with many of the players who had been dealt making their debuts with new teams.
Some of these moves impacted the fantasy football landscape. And now that we've seen how several players could be utilized, it makes things a bit clearer regarding whether they'll be start-worthy options moving forward.
However, there are plenty of names who remain on the start/sit fence in a given week. With these players, it could still be challenging to decide whether they should be in fantasy lineups or not.
Here's some advice for what to do with several of those players in Week 10.
Start 'Em: Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr., RBs, Miami Dolphins

It doesn't appear that Raheem Mostert is going to be the workhorse running back for the Dolphins like he had been for a stretch earlier this season.
Miami now has Jeff Wilson Jr., and it will be splitting the work between the reunited former San Francisco 49ers teammates.
While that's not a great thing for fantasy managers, both men are still worthy of starting consideration, as long as the Dolphins don't have a tough matchup.
In Week 9, Mostert and Wilson each scored a touchdown in Miami's win over the Chicago Bears, and they tallied 26 and 72 total yards, respectively.
However, the duo should have even more success in Week 10, when the Dolphins host the Cleveland Browns, which are giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to running backs, per NFL.com. That should bode well for Mostert and Wilson, each of whom can also get involved in the passing game.
Mostert had been a must-start RB in recent weeks, and he remains a solid option. Meanwhile, Wilson's fantasy value has gone up now that he's no longer behind Christian McCaffrey on San Francisco's depth chart.
So, fantasy managers should be able to trust both Miami backs in a great matchup against Cleveland.
Sit 'Em: All Broncos RBs

Since Javonte Williams went down with a season-ending ACL tear, the Broncos' backfield picture has been difficult to decipher. Melvin Gordon III and Latavius Murray are both solid running backs, but Denver has often been going with the hot hand.
Now, the Broncos also have Chase Edmonds, who came over from the Dolphins in a deal ahead of the trade deadline. And we have no idea how he'll factor into the mix, considering Denver had a bye in Week 9.
There are only so many touches to go around, and if Gordon, Murray and Edmonds split them fairly evenly, then none of them will be great fantasy options.
Plus, the Broncos have a challenging Week 10 matchup, as they'll be going on the road to face the Tennessee Titans, which are giving up the sixth-fewest fantasy points to RBs, per NFL.com.
Maybe there will be more clarity in future weeks, and Denver will have better matchups up ahead. But for this week, it's too hard to trust any of Gordon, Murray or Edmonds in fantasy lineups due to their situation and the Titans' strong run defense.
Start 'Em: Rondale Moore, WR, Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals have been trending in the wrong direction of late, as they've fallen to 3-6 with four losses in their past five games.
However, Rondale Moore's fantasy stock has been on the rise, because the wide receiver has been thriving in the slot on Arizona's offense.
The 22-yer-old scored his first touchdown of the season in a Week 8 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, then followed that up by notching eight receptions for 69 yards in a Week 9 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He's had six or more catches in four of his past five games, and he's also had eight or more targets four times during that stretch.
This week, the Cardinals will look to get back on track with an NFC West road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. And if they're going to do that, they'll likely need another big game from the Purdue product, who is likely to give the Rams' defense some trouble.
Moore should continue to excel in his slot role, and now that he's been so consistent, he is a more trustworthy fantasy option. Feel confident starting him again this week.
