Fantasy Football Week 15 Rankings: Updated Positional Breakdown for Flex and PPR
Fantasy Football Week 15 Rankings: Updated Positional Breakdown for Flex and PPR

Fantasy football matchups are often decided at the flex positions: running back, wide receiver and tight end.
Quarterbacks have a tendency to cancel each other out, since most rosters have a good one. Kickers and defenses, meanwhile, rarely put up enough points to really sway the outcome of a game.
So, if you want to win your matchup, you need to win at the three aforementioned positions.
Those will be our focus here, then, so let's lay out flex rankings for points-per-reception leagues for Week 15 of the 2022 NFL season, then spotlight a sleeper (rostered in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues, per FantasyPros) at each spot in case you're in need of a streamer.
Running Back

19. Zonovan Knight, NYJ (vs. DET)
20. D'Onta Foeman, CAR (vs. PIT)
Sleeper: Gus Edwards, BAL (at CLE)
The Ravens run a ton as it is, but they could be even more ground-game-dependent with Lamar Jackson sidelined by a PCL sprain.
Last week, with Tyler Huntley and Anthony Brown under center, Baltimore attempted just 17 passes while running the ball 42 times. That's more than enough volume to keep both Edwards and J.K. Dobbins fantasy-relevant, which is helpful since it isn't clear which of those backs is the preferred choice.
If Edwards handles double-digit carries (he had 13 Sunday), he could put up big numbers against a Browns defense allowing the third-most fantasy points to the position, per Yahoo.
Wide Receiver

Top 20
1. Tyreek Hill, MIA (at BUF)
2. Stefon Diggs, BUF (vs. MIA)
3. Ja'Marr Chase, CIN (at TB)
4. Davante Adams, LV (vs. NE)
5. A.J. Brown, PHI (at CHI)

10. Terry McLaurin, WAS (vs. NYG)
11. DeAndre Hopkins, ARI (at DEN)
12. Amari Cooper, CLE (vs. BAL)
13. Christian Kirk, JAX (vs. DAL)
14. Jaylen Waddle, MIA (at BUF)
15. Chris Godwin, TB (vs. CIN)
16. Chris Olave, NO (vs. ATL)
17. Mike Williams, LAC (vs. TEN)
18. Tee Higgins, CIN (at TB)
19. DeVonta Smith, PHI (at CHI)
20. Christian Watson, GB (vs. LAR)
Sleeper: Van Jefferson, LAR (at GB)
The Rams' offense might be running on fumes, but even the less productive attacks typically have a few helpful players for fantasy.
Jefferson has earned that label while emerging as the go-to option in this Matthew Stafford-less, Cooper Kupp-less passing game. Jefferson's numbers aren't going berserk by any stretch, but he has had 14 targets and two touchdown receptions over his last three games.
With Baker Mayfield making his first start, the Rams' aerial attack could have some extra juice. If it does, Jefferson could be the biggest beneficiary.
Tight End

Top 10
1. Travis Kelce, KC (at HOU)
2. Mark Andrews, BAL (at CLE)
3. Dalton Schultz, DAL (at JAX)
4. Dallas Goedert, PHI (at CHI)
6. Pat Freiermuth, PIT (at CAR)
7. David Njoku, CLE (vs. BAL)
8. Darren Waller, LV (vs. NE)
9. Greg Dulcich, DEN (vs. ARI)
10. Gerald Everett, LAC (vs. TEN)
Sleeper: Robert Tonyan, GB (vs. LAR)
If you've been streaming tight ends this season, we feel your pain.
However, by this point you should know the strategy: play the matchup, not the player.
As a player, Tonyan offers zero reasons for excitement. He's caught one touchdown pass this season and only once cleared 40 receiving yards. He is, however, going against the Rams defense this week, and they've had tons of trouble with tight ends lately. Five different tight ends have scored against this defense, all in Week 8 or later. If Tonyan becomes the sixth to score, you'll be glad you streamed him.
