Fantasy Football Week 13 Rankings: Each Position's Flex and PPR Projections
Fantasy Football Week 13 Rankings: Each Position's Flex and PPR Projections

Fantasy managers looking to claim a spot in the postseason—or already engaged in the playoffs in some larger leagues—will have plenty on the line in Week 13.
The week got off to a rousing start with the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots on Thursday. Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and Devin Singletary managers should feel pretty confident heading into the bulk of the schedule.
However, some managers likely missed out on James Cook (six receptions, 105 scrimmage yards), are dealing with bye weeks (Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals) or have to navigate injuries.
In other words, some lineup tinkering is likely on the horizon.
We're here to help by diving into the latest point-per-reception (PPR) rankings for fantasy's flex positions based on projected scoring. We'll dive into the top remaining running backs, receivers and tight ends while examining one potential wavier-wire target for each.
Running Back

1. Austin Ekeler, Los Angeles Chargers (at LV)
2. Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders (vs. LAC)
3. Nick Chubb, Cleveland Browns (at HOU)
4. Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans (at (PHI)

6. Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts (at DAL)

18. Jamaal Williams, Detroit Lions (vs. JAC)
19. Jeff Wilson Jr., Miami Dolphins (at SF)
20. Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs (at CIN)
Waiver Target: Kyren Williams, RB, Los Angeles Rams
Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams is the top fantasy back to target on the wire this weekend for a couple of reasons. For one, Los Angeles is set to be without Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp once again, meaning it will lean heavily on its backfield.
Secondly, the Rams may not have running back Cam Akers in the lineup, as he's been dealing with an undisclosed illness.
"No Cam Akers today, he was sick yesterday," Jordan Rodrigue of The Athletic tweeted. "Looked like Ty Nsekhe was at least able to practice in a limited capacity."
Williams had three catches and 60 scrimmage yards last week and could have a much bigger day against the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle has allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing RBs in 2022.
Managers have scooped up Williams throughout the week, but he's still only rostered in 53 percent of Yahoo leagues and 36 percent of ESPN leagues.
Wide Receiver

1. Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders (vs. LAC)
2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins (at SF)
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions (vs. JAC)
4. A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles (vs. TEN)
5. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys (vs. IND)
6. Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins (at SF)
7. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings (vs. NYJ)
8. Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals (vs. KC)
9. Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals (vs. KC)
10. Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers (at LV)
11. Amari Cooper, Cleveland Browns (at HOU)
12. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. NO)
13. DK Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks (at LAR)
14. Christian Kirk, Jacksonville Jaguars (at DET)
15. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets (at MIN)
16. Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders (at NYG)
17. Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. NO)
18. Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints (at TB)
19. Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers (vs. MIA)
20. Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks (at LAR)
Waiver Target: Jameson Williams, WR, Detroit Lions
We're going off-script a bit here and highlighting a player who probably won't contribute in Week 13.
There's a chance that Detroit Lions rookie wideout Jameson Williams—who suffered a torn ACL in the national title game—will make his debut against the Jacksonville Jaguars this week. However, it feels more likely that his debut will wait until Week 14.
"I haven’t made a decision on that," Lions coach Dan Campbell said of Williams' availability, per Jeremy Reisman of SBNation.
However, Williams' debut is looming, and now is the perfect time to scoop him up. The Alabama product is an explosive deep threat who should immediately slot in as the No. 2 opposite Amon-Ra St. Brown.
Favorable matchups are on tap in Weeks 14 and 16—the Minnesota Vikings have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing receivers, while the Carolina Panthers have allowed the 14th-most. This makes the rookie a tremendous pickup for the playoffs.
Williams is rostered in only 38 percent of Yahoo leagues and 23 percent of ESPN leagues.
Tight End

1. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs (at CIN)
2. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens (vs. DEN)
3. T.J. Hockenson, Minnesota Vikings (vs. JAC)
4. Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys (vs. IND)
5. Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers (at ATL)
6. George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers (vs. MIA)
7. Gerald Everett, Los Angeles Chargers (at LV)
8. Hayden Hurst, Cincinnati Bengals (vs. KC)
9. Foster Moreau, Las Vegas Raiders (vs. LAC)
10. Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars (at DET)
Waiver Target: Foster Moreau, TE, Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Foster Moreau lands in our top 10 this week, which is an unusual occurrence for the fourth-year complementary pass-catcher.
However, with both tight end Darren Waller and receiver Hunter Renfrow on injured reserve, Moreau has emerged as a starting-caliber fantasy option. He has at least two catches in four of his last five games, has topped 30 yards in each of the last five and has found the end zone twice.
Last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Moreau caught three passes for 33 yards and a score. This week, he'll face a Los Angeles Chargers team that has allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.
For managers still looking to replace Waller, Zach Ertz or Dallas Goedert, Moreau is still largely available. He's rostered in 55 percent of Yahoo leagues and 41 percent of ESPN leagues.
