Updated 2022 NFL Draft Order After Sunday's Week 14 Results
The New York Giants came away from Week 14 as the biggest winner in the projected NFL draft order.
The NFC East side's two first-round picks moved up one spot each after it lost to the Los Angeles Chargers, the Chicago Bears fell to the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Houston Texans.
Seattle's win over Houston put its pick that goes to the New York Jets at No. 7, which means the Giants carry the slight edge over their in-market rival.
That was the only change in the projected top seven from Sunday's games since six of the seven worst teams in the NFL all lost.
The Detroit Lions are still the favorite to earn the No. 1 overall pick, and its path to that selection will become easier after Week 15, when the Texans take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Giants Gain Edge over Jets
The Giants and Jets will be involved in a race to have two top-five picks over the final four weeks of the regular season.
The former picked up the advantage in that hunt Sunday through their loss to the Chargers and Chicago's defeat to Green Bay. The NFC East side owns the Bears' first-round pick through the draft-day trade that saw Justin Fields head to the Bears.
There is a possibility for the Giants to pick twice before the Jets pick once, but that requires the Jets to win twice. There is potential for that since the Jets play the Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars in their next two games.
Joe Judge's side needs the Jets to pick up two more victories to have a chance at two top-five picks since it plays the Bears in Week 17. One of the Giants and Bears must finish with a minimum of five wins.
The Giants should at least have two top-six picks since the Seahawks have an easy schedule to finish the regular season. Seattle gets the Bears and Lions at home in Weeks 16 and 17, respectively, and that could move it away from the top six and toward the back end of the top 10 with seven wins.
If Seattle loses one of those games, the Jets will be in a much better position to have two high picks, but that does not seem likely after the Seahawks breezed through the Texans on Sunday.
No. 2 Pick Could Be Decided in Week 15
The Week 15 clash between the Jaguars and Texans could decide the destination of the No. 2 overall pick.
The AFC South foes are still alive for the No. 1 overall selection, but they need the Lions to win again to put the loser of the Week 15 game level on two wins.
Detroit plays the Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers to close out the season, so a second win seems unlikely.
Winning the No. 2 overall pick is not a bad consolation for the two struggling franchises, though, and it appears the Jaguars are the front-runners for that. Jacksonville had a rough Sunday, enduring a shutout loss to the Tennessee Titans. It has not scored more than 14 points in its past four defeats.
Houston has been somewhat competitive in recent games. It beat Tennessee in Week 11 and lost by a touchdown to the Jets.
Even though the Texans lost by 20 to Seattle on Sunday, Davis Mills turned in a 331-yard performance. That is a promising sign for the Texans in their quest to win another game in 2021.
