WWE NXT Results: Winners, Grades, Reaction and Highlights from November 20

"This Wednesday night, it's an open door. Bring everything you got. Raw, SmackDown—bring it all. I'm going to leave the doors wide open for you."
At the end of Monday's WWE Raw, Triple H threw down the gauntlet. He challenged Raw and SmackDown to bring their best to the Full Sail Arena on the November 20 edition of NXT.
While not every appearance was set ahead of time, NXT was not shy about announcing a huge tag team match as The Revival arrived to fight Undisputed Era, who had cost the duo their rematch for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships last week.
Others expected to make a statement included Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, The Viking Raiders and more.
It was to be one of the biggest nights in NXT's history when the black-and-gold brand welcomed the biggest stars in wrestling to a house many had not visited in years.
The main event going in was a ladder match for WarGames advantage between Adam Cole and Dominik Dijakovic, but everyone knew plenty of action was about to go down throughout the show.
Becky Lynch vs. Rhea Ripley

Becky Lynch walked right through the door and headed straight into the arena to open the show. She called out Shayna Baszler for a match, but Rhea Ripley answered instead.
The Man took on the challenge, and Ripley pushed her to her limit. The powerhouse of NXT's women's division escaped the Dis-arm-her and then hit a superplex. Baszler, alongside Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir, hit the ring to cause a double disqualification.
Lynch and Ripley fought them off to stand tall.
Result
Lynch vs. Ripley goes to a double disqualification.

Analysis
While the non-finish was disappointing, this was an exciting opening to the night.
Lynch laid down the gauntlet, setting the standard for the entire show. Ripley was a smart challenger to The Man given both have a history with Baszler and have the same love of fighting.
This match also felt like a reminder to everyone that NXT has a stacked female roster. So many women could have come out to challenge Lynch for a great match. The Man needs a few of them as challengers given Raw's lack of depth.
Ricochet vs. Matt Riddle
Ricochet laid out Kona Reeves to force his way into a match with Matt Riddle.
The two went back-and-forth in a high-octane contest. When Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura appeared, the distraction allowed The Original Bro to cradle The One and Only for three.
The Swiss Superman and The Artist briefly seemed poised to stand tall, but Ricochet dived onto Cesaro. Roderick Strong appeared to attack Nakamura. Riddle then kicked Strong out of the ring and fought off a sneak attack from Finn Balor.
Result
Riddle def. Ricochet by pinfall.

Analysis
This was a fine segment. Ricochet's appearance kept the crowd hot even if it never felt like Riddle and The One and Only had time to deliver. The two tried to get everything in with only a few minutes before it broke down.
This chaotic atmosphere is great to get people invested, but it leads to false and rushed finishes that take away from the moment.
Undisputed Era's Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish vs. The Revival
Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly gave The Revival a taste of their own medicine in this physical tag team match. They managed to isolate Dash Wilder and keep Scott Dawson away from making the tag in key moments.
Dawson made them pay for keeping him fresh after he got the hot tag. Fish had no answer to his powerful striking. A Wilder uppercut set up a Dawson brainbuster for a near-fall, followed by a Dawson superplex into a Wilder splash for another near-fall.
O'Reilly barely saved Fish from the Shatter Machine, and Undisputed Era took over, hitting the High/Low on Dawson for the win.
Result
Fish and O'Reilly def. Dawson and Wilder by pinfall.

Analysis
This was as great a tag team match as we will see all year. It was suspenseful with plenty of time to deliver, and everyone wanted to make the most of that time. It felt like two of the best tag teams in the world clashing for the first time, which is exactly what it was.
The spots in this match made it feel like a TakeOver main event. The Revival got to show every tool in the arsenal, playing the babyfaces without it ever feeling forced, and the teams had chemistry to spare with Undisputed Era.
Hopefully, this isn't the last time these two teams fight.
Kay Lee Ray vs. Dakota Kai
Kay Lee Ray attempted to brutalize and dominate Dakota Kai, but The Captain of Team Kick refused to be a punching bag.
Kai could not put away the match, though, and Ray capitalized. The NXT UK women's champion caught her with a fishhook to set up a superkick into the Gory bomb for the win.
Afterward, Team SmackDown took its shot before Team NXT and Team Raw got involved. Nikki Cross was the last to the fight, but she brought a garbage-can lid and took out everyone in her way.
Result
Ray def. Kai by pinfall.

Analysis
While there was a strong story behind the match, it was only a solid affair. Ray did not put enough into this contest to elevate it to the same level as Kai's match two weeks ago with Shayna Baszler. Still, The Captain of Team Kick has been on a roll lately.
The post-match brawl hinted at great dynamics that should come out at Survivor Series on Sunday. The highlights included Io Shirai vs. Kairi Sane, Bianca Belair's nonchalant desire to take out everyone in her way, and Cross remaining SmackDown's MVP despite not getting along with her teammates.
The Viking Raiders vs. The Forgotten Sons

Jaxson Ryker kept Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake in this match, and The Viking Raiders could not sustain their usual level of dominance.
The referee threw Ryker out, and Ivar hit him with a suicide dive for good measure.
The Forgotten Sons still fought hard, but a fair fight was not good for the heels. Erik and Ivar connected with The Viking Experience for the victory.
Result
Viking Raiders def. Forgotten Sons by pinfall.

Analysis
Forgotten Sons did well for themselves here in one of the strongest performances of their careers. Even still, they have always felt out of their depth in WWE. It seemed off for them to sustain so much offense against The Viking Raiders.
Plenty of teams were better suited to give the Raiders this type of challenge just days before the Triple Threat tag team clash.
Ladder Match for WarGames Advantage: Adam Cole vs. Dominik Dijakovic

Adam Cole went after the leg of Dominik Dijakovic to take the big man down to size, and it made a big difference in this physical encounter.
Dijakovic limped to the top of the ladder, but the NXT champion recovered. He launched the briefcase into his opponent's head, which sent the big man off the ladder and crashing through another one. Cole then unhooked the briefcase for the win.
Afterward, chaos ensued. Keith Lee and Ivar hit side-by-side suicide dives on a crowd of Superstars. Cole thought he had escaped, but Seth Rollins superkicked him and hit the Stomp.
Tommaso Ciampa arrived, and he brawled with The Beastslayer to end the night.
Result
Cole def. Dijakovic by retrieving the briefcase for an advantage inside WarGames on Saturday.

Analysis
The match was fun while it lasted, but it did not have the heat or excitement of last week's main event. Still, it was obvious two talented men were giving their all and enjoyed adding a stipulation to the brutality.
The follow-up was the real fun. Everyone got involved, and a few men got nice moments. Drew McIntyre made a surprise appearance, as did Rollins, and NXT finally revealed its team captain in an inconclusive brawl.
